S. J. Choy, M.D.
The Laser Spine Center was founded by Dr. Daniel S. J. Choy, who is on the staffs of the Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons and the Lenox Hill Hospital in New York City. As of September, 2002, Dr. Choy has performed more than 2000 PLDD procedures, with an 89% success rate and a 0.4% complication rate on cervical, thoracic and lumbar discs.
